2. Products
All our jewellery products are Imitation/fashion jewellery, designed for daily and occasional wear.
Product colors, textures, and designs may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
Prices, offers, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
All items are carefully checked before dispatch to ensure quality and finish.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
We accept multiple payment modes including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets through our secure partner Razorpay.
MACKSYRA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspected fraud, payment issues, or product unavailability.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We provide PAN India and International shipping.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days after confirmation.
Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and destination.
Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
MACKSYRA is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or natural circumstances.
5. Returns & Exchanges
MACKSYRA operates exclusively online and therefore does not accept product returns.
Exchange is allowed only in cases of damage or wrong product received, and must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange, you must share a clear unboxing video as proof at the time of opening the package.
Once verified, our team will arrange an exchange for the same or similar product, based on availability.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
Exchanges will not be accepted for reasons like personal dislike, size preference, or color variation.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, only if it hasn’t been dispatched.
After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, images, product designs, texts, and other content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of MACKSYRA. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use of our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. All personal details collected are used solely for order processing, delivery, and customer support. We do not share or sell your data to any third party. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy page.
9. Liability
MACKSYRA shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to product misuse, delay in delivery, or technical errors on the website. Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, will be limited to the value of the product purchased.
10. Donation Commitment
For every order placed on our website, MACKSYRA donates ₹5 to animal welfare, in loving memory of our pet Mack — the heart behind our brand.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Delhi (India) courts.
